Fitness can be Fun !

Fitness and Exercise can be fun and social! You read that right FUN... Many time we have a idea of how something should be. We set the scene, the definition, the timing. At F.A.B. Fitness during our dance cardio happy hour, we show you that you can get a challenging workout, with a good calorie burn, all while having a good time. The playlist will sure have one song you are familiar with, an occassional line dance, and some dance moves you are familiar with.  I'm not sure how many people feel that dancing isn't fun, so ipso facto, F.A.B. Fitness is FUN Fitness!

Fitness is for EVERY body!

ALL are welcome to enjoy our class. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, what you seek to get from fitness, or your physical limitations F.A.B. Fitness has something for you. All of our routines can be modified and we are working to include more  inclusive workouts for those with extra limitations that they feel may keep them from working out. Movement matters! If you jump, I can squat. If you're standing and I need to sit (for mobility or medical reasons), we both can get in a great workout. We may dance to the same music, follow the same movements, and still get something different from the workout. Remember, it's the movement that matters...and so do you!

Why not?

There are so many options for fitness out there. Some people are comfortable in the comfort of their home. There are apps, recorded videos *cue YouTube*, and live videos *also cue zoom, band, and again YouTube*. Some prefer weight training and will go to a gym or build their own at home gym. People choose swimming, skating, walking. All great sources of fitness. The one thing that those option don't have is me!!! I believe I am kind of awesome and will help bring a little fun to what could be a not so fun hour of working out. I'm the instructor sweating and encouraging you every step of the way. I have limitations and I take breaks, but I'm determined to get it in! Your movement is your choice. I encourage you to try one F.A.B. Fitness class. If you enjoy it, come back. If you find it isn't for you, find what you like and what works and commit to it! Why not be F.A.B.ulous?
